Whats the differance between male and female cats?

Answers:
Males have a penis and testicles. Females do not.
Males are easier to neuter and more aggressive and bigger in size
Males have male genital organs and females have a uterus instead and they produce babies. Just like humans.
you mean other then the obvious? Personality differences are usually attributed to the breed, not the sex of the cat. But there are generally no significant differences between male and female cats other then the obvious difference in sex.
females can have babys and males cant,
or mayby you mean what to look for, you haft to lift them up and look at their backside
Only one can give birth to kittens.
The male has a penis, the female has ovaries. But in the looks, the male seems more sturdy, more rough-ish features and the female has a bit of more "feminine" look, a more softer look.
